Program Overview
Create a Voluntary Lot Transfer Registry maintained by the POA.
This registry would allow owners to voluntarily list their lot as available for transfer. Interested parties could review available lots and contact the POA to express interest.
The POA would only act as a connection point, not as a broker or agent.
Information That May Be Listed
The registry may include
- Section / Unit
- Lot number
- Lot size (if known)
- Status (Owner willing to transfer)
The registry would not include
- Owner names
- Owner contact information
- Amount owed to the POA
This protects owner privacy and reduces liability.
Transfer Structure
Many owners may be willing to transfer their lot for little or no purchase price, particularly if the new owner is willing to satisfy any outstanding POA balance or assume responsibility for future dues.
The POA will not disclose any account balances or financial information related to the property. Any financial arrangements, including payoff of outstanding balances, will be handled directly between the buyer and seller.
POA Role
The POA would only:
- Maintain the registry
- Receive inquiries from interested parties
- Connect interested parties with owners (with permission)
The POA would not negotiate or participate in transactions.
All transfers would occur between private parties.
List Your Lot
Owners who wish to voluntarily list a lot may submit the form below. Only the section, lot number, size, and status may appear on the registry — your name and contact information stay private with the POA.
