We work to keep hours, menus, prices, amenity status, events, and other details accurate, but they change often, sometimes daily. Information on the Site is provided for general information only and may be out of date or incomplete. Please call 254-694-9276 to confirm anything important before you visit.

Submitting a dining reservation request, contact form, or registry listing through the Site does not guarantee availability or acceptance. A reservation is confirmed only when our staff confirm it. We may decline or cancel requests at our discretion.

The POA Voluntary Lot Transfer Registry is a listing service only. We do not act as a broker, agent, or party to any transaction, and we make no representations about any lot, its value, or its title.

Lodging reservations, tee times, and some other services are booked through third-party websites. Those bookings are subject to the third party's terms, prices, and cancellation policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites, their content, or their availability.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or someone else's information.
• Send spam or automated submissions through any form.
• Attempt to access the staff portal or any non-public part of the Site without authorization.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or try to break the security of the Site.
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

The Site's text, photographs, videos, logos, and design belong to White Bluff Resort or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, White Bluff Resort will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information you submit through the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in or serving Hill County, Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
